Then we came home...

And Lilly and I got sick...real sick =( I ended up at the doctor and so did she. Turns out 4 babies at daycare had RSV so we got to have fun with breathing treatments! She handled it like a pro and really didn't get too bad. I think we caught it early and all the babies bounced back quick.

On the 23rd, we had Reed and Lilly's Christmas party at school. I was feeling better after a shot from the doctor and Lilly was doing good too so we all went. We kept Lilly in the back to not expose the other kids. I love going to these parties...I think it is so cute to see how the kids interact with each other.

Santa came and brought presents for all the kids!

Lilly got one too!

This is half of Reed's class...Maddox, Jesse, and Reed

Stuffing his face!

And the other half of his class...Ethan, Sophia, and Elizabeth

There's Mrs. Jo and her daughter Meka. Mrs. Jo took care of Reed as a baby and now has Lilly and we LOVE her so much!

Reed started at The Gingerbread House when he was 10 weeks old. From that first day, I have never questioned the care that he received and that continues now that Lilly is there too. The daycare is small, family owned and everyone loves the kids as if they were there own. They have been so great to our family and always reach out to us. Thank you Paige, Mrs. Cindy, Mrs. Jo, Meagon, and Kim for loving my babies so much! Ya'll are the best!

Disney Day 4 & 5

So, on day four we had another surprise breakfast planned...so again, we woke up super early and caught the first bus out to have breakfast with some friends...

In the lobby of the hotel we had breakfast in, there was a gingerbread carousel, so we posed for a pic!

So after we finished breakfast, we headed to Animal Kingdom. I really wish we would have had more time because Reed really loved this place! Next time...

Mom, seriously, no more pics!

We went on this safari ride where we saw lots of animals.

This is what we rode in.

Elephants!

Then we went to the Lion King show.

Reed and Daddy were "ROARING"

Lilly was into it too.

Mom, this is cool!

So, then we found this fossil yard. Well, this was a huge hit and we could have played in here all day! We did stay for a while and didn't get to do some other stuff but we could not get Reed out of here!

Aren't they just the cutest?!?

So, when it was time for naps, we went back to the room. Since Animal Kingdom closes early, we decided to spend our last night at Magic Kingdom.

This one is for my mom...yes, we did 'It's a Small World'...twice...

Lilly was really into this one...

Reed thought it was good too...Daddy thought it was overrated!

After more fun, we called it a night and went back to the room.
Day five we woke up and had to pack, check out, etc. We had a few hours to spend so we headed back to Magic Kingdom because Reed needed to say goodbye to Mickey and Minnie. The place was twice as packed as it had been all week so we actually had to wait in lines that morning. But, we got the say bye bye~

And we got to ride the train one last time too.

Last ride of the trip! Oh, how we wanted to stay longer!

Well, the Disney trip was awesome...exhausting but such great memories. We had so much fun and Steven continues talking about the 10 day trip we will take there when he gets back from Iraq. 10 days with a 3 year old and 18 month old?!?!? Are we crazy?? Probably, but is was so worth it. This was only the second vacation Steven and I have ever taken together (the first being our honeymoon) but he has promised me that when he returns we will take family trips every year. It's good for the soul =)
