Early this morning Reed, Lilly, and I dropped off our soldier to begin his mission. While it was sad, I couldn't be more proud of my husband and all the soldiers who are making this sacrifice for our country and our freedoms. Reed did fine this morning and no tears were shed. I decided to send both of them to school today so I could get myself together for the weekend ahead. Last night as we were trying to put the kids to bed (in our bed...so there was a bit of excitement from Reed), I got some video to share. Everynight when Steven puts Reed to bed, they say their prayers together (The Our Father). And after, Reed says "God Bless the Farmers and the Soldiers". We tell him he can bless and pray for anyone he wants to but always says this. Last night in bed he kept saying those words over and over. It was so sweet.
